FOCUSTEL successfully conducted a specialized technical workshop in cooperation with our local partner Al Masar, supporting the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) – Oman.

The workshop took place from 15 to 17 February 2026 in Muscat, Oman, bringing together industry professionals and students from various universities.

The program addressed key technical and regulatory aspects of the Electromagnetic Field (EMF) domain, including:

• EMF Theory
• Applicable Standards and Regulatory Frameworks
• Best-Practice Measurement Methodologies
• Measurement Methodologies Across Different Technologies, Including 5G

Participants engaged in both theoretical and practical sessions aimed at strengthening technical competence, measurement accuracy, and compliance understanding in modern multi-technology network environments.

This initiative reflects FOCUSTEL’s continued commitment to capacity building, knowledge transfer, and supporting regulatory and academic ecosystems.
